Oliver Hoffmann | Founder, Real Estate Broker & Entrepreneur Oliver Hoffmann is an accomplished real estate executive, entrepreneur, and brokerage founder with more than 25 years of international experience in the real estate industry. Born in Germany and raised across England, Switzerland, Germany, and France, Hoffmann brings a distinctly global perspective to real estate, business development, and brokerage leadership. Hoffmann began his real estate career in 1999 when he founded his first brokerage in Cannes on the prestigious Côte d’Azur in the South of France. Under his leadership, the company grew into a successful real estate operation with 15 agents, a dedicated manager, more than 100 active property listings, and a strong presence in the French Riviera luxury real estate market. He successfully sold the brokerage in 2006. After relocating to the United States, Hoffmann established a real estate brokerage in Miami and continued expanding his experience in the South Florida property market. Following the 2008 financial crisis, he identified new opportunities in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he founded and developed another real estate brokerage. Within five years, the company became an established presence in the Charlotte real estate market and was ultimately acquired in a successful sale. In 2013, Hoffmann returned to South Florida and founded Pompano Beach Realty, a technology-driven real estate brokerage based in Pompano Beach, Florida. As Founder and Broker, he has focused the company on local market expertise, innovative real estate marketing, technology, and professional representation for buyers and sellers throughout Pompano Beach and the surrounding South Florida communities. Hoffmann’s real estate interests extend beyond South Florida. He is also the Broker and Owner of Gainesville Realty and One Charlotte Realty, continuing a career centered on developing, operating, and growing real estate brokerages in multiple markets. Outside of real estate, Hoffmann is an experienced aviator and holds a commercial pilot license. He is type rated in Learjet aircraft and has flown extensively throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. With a career spanning Europe and the United States, Oliver Hoffmann combines international experience, entrepreneurship, real estate technology, and decades of brokerage leadership. His professional career reflects a consistent ability to identify emerging opportunities, adapt to changing real estate markets, and build successful brokerage operations.
