Meet Oliver Hoffmann, a true globetrotter whose formative years were spent in England, Switzerland, Germany, and France. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for real estate, he is the visionary Founder and Owner of One Charlotte Realty, a thriving real estate enterprise that continues to flourish under his leadership. Oliver’s impressive real estate career spans over 25 years, during which he has successfully established five real estate brokerages. His journey began in 1999 in the picturesque city of Cannes, France, along the coveted Côte d’Azur. There, he launched his first real estate brokerage, which rapidly grew to include 15 agents, a dedicated manager, and a portfolio of over 100 listings. Recognizing an opportunity, he orchestrated the successful sale of the business in 2006, demonstrating his keen business acumen. In 2004, Oliver set his sights on the United States, moving to Miami to establish yet another successful brokerage. However, the 2008 market downturn prompted him to make a strategic move to Charlotte, NC—a city that had weathered the financial crisis far better than South Florida. His Charlotte-based brokerage quickly gained traction, becoming a dominant force in the local market and leading to a substantial sale within just five years. In 2013, Oliver returned to South Florida and founded Pompano Beach Realty, a cutting-edge brokerage in the heart of Pompano Beach. Today, in addition to leading One Charlotte Realty, he is also the broker and owner of Gainesville Realty and Pompano Beach Realty, further cementing his expertise in the real estate industry. Beyond his real estate ventures, Oliver is an accomplished aviator with thousands of flight hours. He holds a commercial pilot’s license with a type rating to fly LearJets, and his love for aviation has taken him across the Caribbean, Central and South America, and the United States.
